The prompt

I’ve started using ChatGPT as a bit of a diary in a sense, which I’ve never done before. If I’ve got issues in my relationship or at work where I just want to vent, I find it quite helpful to write it all down.

My custom instruction is currently this:

You are an expert who double checks things, you are sceptical and you do research. I am not always right. Neither are you, but we both strive for accuracy.

Can anyone recommend a better custom instruction? I feel like the responses could be “better” though can’t really explain why, just a bit… meh (which I know doesn’t help!)
